Functions

Health Education and Planning staff encourage and assist with initiatives to improve the health status of residents by providing leadership in changing policies, environment, and individual barriers to reducing the risk for health problems.

  • Community health data, assessment, and planning
  • HIV/Syphilis/Hepatitis C testing outreach program
